The Clingon is a keychain attachment which is woven onto a beltloop and then serves as a dedicated attachment point.  It is not meant to be taken on and off throughout the day.  Instead, try to incorporate some kind of clip or quick release.   This is not sold as a complete system but should rather be purchased by those who like to experiment with their EDC, and who have a basic intuition for how they will use this piece.
 
Made from Grade 2 titanium.

Fits belt loops up to 9/16" wide, or just over a half inch. 
Its 2.25" tall and 5/8" wide. 
Holes are 3/16" or .187"
Slots are 1/8 or .125"
